1550nm Lasers

1550nm series semiconductor infrared lasers are available with single mode 1550nm IR laser diodes within output power of 10mW to 30mW. Passing through up to 24 hours aging preventing and beam stability tests, it provides the most reliable infrared laser source for prominent facilities, labs, universities etc.

1550nm SM laser diodes get TO-18 packages, getting featured advantages of ultra compact structure, stable output power emission, competitive production cost, and long operating lifetime.
