1. Application terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by the entity (“Berlin Lasers” or “Seller”) named on the invoice that will be provided to customer for orders for laser module, optical fiber detector, riflescope and related laser products sold by Berlin Lasers, unless customer have signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Berlin Lasers.

By ordering products on Berlin Lasers’ on-line store or by accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, customer agree to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Berlin Lasers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at Berlin Lasers sole discretion.

2. Other documents don’t apply
Berlin Lasers may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions of use.

These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered, modified, and transferred by the use of any other documents. Any attempt to modify, amend, supplement will be rull and void unless agreed to in writing by Berlin Lasers.

3. Payment Terms
Berlin Lasers determines the terms of payment. Any payment must be received by Berlin Lasers prior to Berlin Lasers acceptance of customer’s order. Payment shall be made by credit card, paypal, or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to Berlin Lasers.

Where payment is made by credit card, it is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card, and Berlin Lasers shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

4. Prices and Shipping Charges
Berlin Lasers will ship the product worldwide via USPS, EMS, DHL, FEDEX, or TNT. All prices do not include shipping charge. Separate charge for shipping will be shown on the invoice.

5. Limited Warranty Information
A six months or one year warranty will be included with each product shipped to customer. Berlin Lasers reserves the right to modify its warranty statement at any time, in its sole discretion. Berlin Lasers will be obligated to honor any such warranty only upon Berlin Lasers’ receipt of payment in full for the products to be warranted.

Berlin Lasers has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Berlin Lasers. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Product Availability
Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Berlin Lasers reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision or cessation, Berlin Lasers may ship products which have the functionality and specifications of the products ordered but there will be difference in the specifications between what was shipped and what was ordered.

8. Return Policy
Berlin Lasers’ products are purchased directly from Berlin Lasers by an end-user. Customer may return the product only in accordance with Berlin Laser’s return policy in effect on the date of the invoice.

9. Products
All Berlin Lasers’ products are designed, manufactured by our own facility. Berlin Lasers may modify, update, or discontinue products at any time. Berlin Lasers will ship product in good performance, and strict tests are made on every shipped out products. Berlin Lasers promises there is never a shoddy product.

10. Trademarks and Copyright Notice
Berlin Lasers, the Berlin Lasers’ Logo, and Berlin Lasers products refer to herein are either the trademarks or the registered trademarks of Berlin Lasers. The absence of a product name or logo on this website does not constitute a waiver of Berlin Lasers’ trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
