Defective Products Replacement or Repair
There are never shoddy lasers sold from Berlin Lasers, but we still promise all customers product’s warranty period varying from six month to one year listed on product website page. If there is any problem with your product during the warranty period, you can send it back to us and we will replace it with a new one or make a repair free. Your are responsible for shipping cost.
